What sets us apart
Strategy and build,

Most consultancies recommend, then hand off. Most agencies build, but without strategic context. We do both, because the gap between the two is where most AI projects die.
Operator-first, not technology-first
We design around the people doing the work, not the tools doing the talking. Operational fit decides which technology, not the other way round.
Adoption is the metric
A polished product nobody uses is a failure. We design for the team that will actually live with the system, and we measure success by whether they do.
