    A clear, written guide. How it works, how to use it, what to do when something looks off. Onboard a new hire in an afternoon. Read it at 2am if you need to.
  3. Phase 03 · Onboarding
    Live, with your team. We walk you through the tool: what it does, when to use it, the small tricks that make it sing. Recorded for anyone who missed it.
  4. Phase 04 · Optional
    A recurring 1-hour weekly check-in slot to ask questions, request tweaks, or skip entirely. There if you need it, never a commitment.
